About me
Meet Emiliana
I believe true wellness begins when a person feels safe enough to reconnect with themselves.
My work was born from a deep curiosity about the connection between body, mind and energy. What started as a career soon became a personal journey that led me to live in different countries, travel extensively and explore wellbeing across cultures.
My international path began in 2009 on board cruise ships, working as a Spa Therapist in the world of luxury hospitality. Caring for guests from all over the world taught me the importance of sensitivity, presence and truly personalised treatments.
Over time, my work naturally evolved into a more holistic direction. In 2016, I began studying Ayurveda between Italy and India while immersing myself in Eastern healing practices such as Thai traditional treatments, Tok Sen, sound healing and Yoga Nidra. During these years, I also became a Reiki Master, deepening my understanding of energy work and integrative wellbeing.
This journey continues to shape my approach today. In 2024, I chose to fully trust my vision and began working independently as a Wellness Visiting Practitioner, creating treatments that are intuitive, personalised and deeply transformative a unique blend of Eastern and Western techniques tailored to each guest.
Alongside my work in luxury resorts and private villas, I continue to create wellness projects including retreats, collaborations with natural skincare and wellness brands, holistic events and international partnerships.
I travel wherever my work is needed, bringing care, professionalism and heartfelt presence to every space I enter.

AYURVEDA & SERVICE

"The person who has the body constituents (Doshas) and metabolic processes (Agni) in balance, whose tissues (Dhatu) and excretions (Mala) function normally, who has the soul, senses and mind stabilized in bliss can be considered in good health."
- Sushruta Sutrasthana 15.18
Ayurveda, the ancient science of life, offers timeless wisdom to balance our modern lifestyles, nurturing a state of complete well-being for the body, mind, and soul. Central to Ayurveda is the concept of the tridosha - Vata, Pitta, and Kapha - essential energies that govern our individual constitution, the origins of ailments, treatment approaches, methods for maintaining health, daily routines, seasonal regimens, purification therapies (pancha karma), toning therapies, massage, diet, and physical exercise.
In Ayurvedic philosophy, the doshas are the primary life forces, described as the three biological humors or bodily constituents. Each dosha—Vata, Pitta, and Kapha—possesses distinct qualities and resides in specific areas of the body. An imbalance in any dosha can lead to various diseases, for which Ayurveda offers targeted treatments.
The doshas, in Sanskrit meaning "that which contaminates,” are akin to Western concepts of pathogens. These doshas, when in balance, support health, but when disturbed, they contribute to illness. The foundational elements of earth, water, fire, air, and ether combine to create and govern all physiological processes within the human body.
Ayurveda is not just a system of medicine but a comprehensive approach to living in harmony with oneself and the environment. It offers profound insights into how we can align our lifestyles with nature's rhythms, fostering vibrant health and holistic well-being.

Sound healing

Harmonizing with Vibrations
"Future medicine will be the medicine of frequencies," remarked Albert Einstein, foreshadowing the profound impact of sound healing. At its core, sound healing is grounded in the scientific understanding that everything in the universe, including our bodies, is in a constant state of vibration.
From the gentle rustling of leaves to the melodic hum of singing bowls, all phenomena - from the air we breathe to the earth beneath our feet - are comprised of atoms and molecules in perpetual motion. This perpetual motion creates vibrations, and the frequency of these vibrations determines the sounds we perceive. In the realm of sound, frequency is measured in Hertz; a lower frequency produces a lower pitch, while a faster frequency yields a higher pitch. As human beings, we can hear frequencies ranging from 20Hz to 20,000Hz. Essentially, everything emits a sound due to its inherent vibrations.
Sound therapy capitalizes on this universal principle, sending healing sound waves through our bodies. Given that our bodies are composed of approximately 70% water, an excellent conductor of sound, these waves penetrate deeply, promoting harmony through the principles of resonance and entrainment.
The benefits of sound healing are profound and varied:
• Lower blood pressure
• Reduced cholesterol levels
• Alleviation of muscular pain
• Headache relief
• Detoxification
On a spiritual level, sound healing aids in connecting with our inner selves, releasing trauma, clearing the mind of distractions, and fostering self-belief. It is closely associated with grounding practices and complements the principles of Ayurveda.
However, there are a few contraindications to consider:
• Individuals with electronic devices like pacemakers should avoid sound healing treatments.
• Those with metal allergies or open wounds should not place singing bowls directly on the body.
• It is recommended for women in the first three months of pregnancy to avoid sound healing.
At Holistic Mind, we offer a range of sound healing sessions:
• Sound Healing Bath: Personal or group sessions (online/offline)
• Chakra Balancing: Live sessions
• Tibetan Bowls Massage: Live sessions
Experience the transformative power of sound healing with Holistic Mind. Harmonize your vibrations and discover a deeper connection to yourself and the universe.

Reiki & Service

The principles of Reiki trace back to Emperor Meiji (1868-1912) and were passed down to Mikao Usui, eventually making their way to the West through Hawayo Takata. These timeless principles guide Reiki practitioners:
"Just for today, do not anger
Just for today, do not worry
Earn your living honestly
Honor your Parents, Teachers, and Elders
Show gratitude to every living thing"
Reiki, a Japanese term meaning "Universal Vital Energy," is a fusion of two essential concepts: REI, representing the Universal Spiritual Force, and KI, a core element in Traditional Chinese Medicine, often translated as "Inner Force" or "Energy flowing in the body."
The combination of REI and KI gives birth to Reiki, encompassing both the Discipline or Practice and the Energy itself. It is a technique rooted in receiving and transmitting Universal Vital Energy through touch, though distance healing is also possible for practitioners attuned to the second and third levels.
During a Reiki session, the practitioner channels Universal Energy from the Crown Chakra, transmitting it through gentle hand placements on various parts of the body. This process promotes energy rebalancing, dissolves blocks and congestion, and harmonizes emotional, mental, and physical aspects. Through this transmission, clients experience deep meditation, heightened body awareness, and a profound sense of well-being.
SERVICE OFFERINGS:
• Chakra Balancing (Online/Offline)
• Space Clearing (Online/Offline)
Embark on a journey of healing and renewal with Reiki Usui at Holistic Mind. Allow the flow of Universal Vital Energy to bring balance, clarity, and rejuvenation to your body, mind, and spirit.

The Art of Conscious Relaxation
"When we think too much, or not at all, we accumulate tension. When we work too much, or when we don't work at all, we accumulate tension. When we sleep too much, or not at all, we accumulate tension. These tensions accumulate in the different layers of the personality."
- Swami Satyananda Saraswati
In these modern times of constant activity and mental chatter, tensions can build up in our bodies and minds. The interconnectedness of our physical, emotional, and mental states means that stress in one area affects the others. Swami Satyananda Saraswati, inspired by tantric methods in the 1940s, observed that before sleep, the mind becomes highly receptive. Through a guided process, he found that one could reach this state consciously, working through various factors progressively.
Yoga Nidra, translated as "Yogic Sleep," offers the benefits of meditation practices, yet it is accessible even to those unfamiliar with meditation techniques. It allows practitioners to experience deep relaxation and healing, addressing accumulated tensions in the muscular, emotional, and mental systems.
The word "Nidra" comes from Sanskrit, meaning "sleep," but Yoga Nidra is not the sleep we commonly understand. Instead, it refers to a mental state of conscious relaxation, an active form of rest rather than complete unconsciousness.
Through Yoga Nidra, it is possible to induce this unique state of "sleep" where the body and mind relax deeply. Studies have shown that this practice can promote creativity, enhance problem-solving abilities, reduce stress, and increase overall relaxation.
SERVICE OFFERINGS:
• Guided Yoga Nidra Advanced Sessions (Online/Offline)
Experience the art of conscious relaxation with our guided Yoga Nidra sessions. Whether in a group setting or one-on-one, these sessions are designed to lead you through deep relaxation, promoting a state of calm and rejuvenation.

Customize your Yoga Nidra experience with optional additions like sound healing or our unique Hybrid Yoga approach. Tailored to your needs and preferences, these sessions offer a holistic approach to relaxation and well-being.
At Holistic Mind, we offer Yoga Nidra sessions that go beyond mere relaxation. Immerse yourself in this transformative practice, allowing your body and mind to unwind, release tensions, and discover a profound sense of peace and clarity.

Harmony Through the Yoga of Sound
“Through the practice of Nāda Yoga it is possible to move from disharmony to harmony by reconnecting to the original energy present throughout the universe.”
- Sri Vemu Mukunda
Nāda Yoga, often referred to as the Yoga of Sound, delves into the profound effects of sound, music, and body consciousness. This ancient practice aims to free, direct, transform, and convert blocked emotional energies, thereby restoring balance and harmony between the body, mind, and spirit. Through its transformative power, Nāda Yoga can help alleviate a multitude of psychological, physical, and physiological issues naturally.
Central to Nāda Yoga is the use of sound and voice to work with prāṇā, the vital life force. The vibrations created by sound generate a transformative heat within the body, allowing energy blocks to be dissolved, much like the sun's heat transforms water into steam.
Utilizing the voice and basic singing techniques immediately relaxes the mind, releasing it from emotions and intellectual inhibitions, facilitating what is known as the unconditioned mind.
Techniques of Nāda Yoga:
• Singing of specific scales (Melakarta system of South India)
• Chanting of mantras
• Meditation techniques
• Listening to rāgas (melodic modes)
• Rhythmic-phonetic techniques (stimulating brain synapses for improved attention, concentration, memory, and intelligence)
• Harmonic singing (inducing a state of deep mental rest equivalent to delta brain waves during sleep)
The ultimate goal of Nāda Yoga is to lead practitioners back to the source of all existence, symbolized by the sacred sound of OM. This internal journey of deep self-listening fosters profound transformation and connection.
SERVICE OFFERINGS: Group or Private Classes (Online/Offline)
Embark on a journey of inner harmony and self-discovery with our Nāda Yoga classes. Whether in a group setting or one-on-one, these sessions guide you through the transformative power of sound, mantra chanting, and meditation techniques.
At Holistic Mind, we invite you to explore the profound healing potential of Nāda Yoga. Reconnect with your inner self, release blocked energies, and embrace a harmonious state of being through the transformative power of sound.
